Daeng Gi Meo Ri Planist Purple Carrot PHA Toner is a watery vegan toner that smooths out the skin. Absorbs active ingredients deep into the skin, creating replenished supple skin. 

• Main ingredient of purple carrot extract from Haenam, the Southern City of Korea, helps absorbs deep into the skin and makes the skin clean and clear.
• Contains PHA which removes dead skin cells from the face, smoothes out rough skin, and helps to absorb the active ingredients.
• Instead of purified water, it contains Mugwort extract to soothe irritated skin. Hyaluronic acid and Panthenol give deep moisturizing and locks in moisture preventing dry skin.

HOW TO USE
