HOW TO USE

1. Start with clean, dry feet for the best results.
2. Place one foot inside each mask and secure with the attached stickers, following the direction of the arrows.
3. Gently massage to ensure even absorption.
4. Leave the masks on for 15-20 minutes.
5. Remove the masks and gently pat in any remaining essence until fully absorbed. Repeat 2-3 times a week for optimal results.
